Another '16er here.
We're advised to do 3 hours of study a night PLUS keep on top of our extracurricular and community activities as well as housework/grooming/showering etc AND work out/exercise/not let your health slip, so
How do you guys get energy after school? Nap? Fruit? Shower? Workout?
I get home at quarter to 5 and practically want to shower and fall asleep! Haha
