aaargahrgrgrhgh why is enrolling in uni such a pain
my brain is completely fried after spending the last 3 hours on it
making sure that im actually allowed to do the courses i want / need (COMP1511 was reserved for all the compsci students in term 1 but I need it for my degree toooo)
making sure im not going to bottleneck my degree progression by not having the right pre-reqs next year
making my timetable good (managed to get wednesdays off - lets go!)
but my monday is a full 9-5 at uni sadge

I agree with you as I'm currently studying towards a second master's degree and yet I still find the enrolment process for University confusing and overly complicated. Why can't Universities simplify the entire enrolment process as this pain point is still not addressed.

You were right. I got the email for dalyell enrolment today.

Did it work? I receive email and it tells me to go My studies and Enrolment but there is no information regarding Dalyell.

I have the same issue. It might be because I haven't finished enrolment for the course itself yet, but I'll wait to see what others say.

I called the uni earlier and the email response about it was:

"Our Systems Support team have advised that the portal will reflect the invitation-acceptance/decline of the Dalyell Scholars stream, and subsequent enrolment options (i.e. Table D unit of study selection), by mid-January.

Apologies for the delay in this option becoming available in your Sydney Student.

If you don't have the option to accept the invitation in Sydney Student and you haven't received an update by the 16th of January, please respond to this email and let us know."
