i got;
1. A
2. C (pretty sure, as constitutional law is public law)
3. A
4. B (im pretty sure this is tort law, so its grace)
5. A: for this one i considered C&D but decided it was a trick, what do u guys think?
6. C
7. C
8. D
9. B
10.B (really wasnt sure on this one)
11.B (very sure about this answer)
12.B
13.B
14.D (pretty sure im wrong)
15.B (i think its A)

Overall i was really unsure, and i remember being unsettled by the number of Bs in the middle, just like other people have said. I think it was the only hard think in the whole paper

for MC 14, natural justice means fair and just legal proceedings, but legal aid does not provide fairness since the wealthy can hire powerful lawyers while legal aid applicants recieve a crapper lawyer?

I know ths is probably a stupid question, but what did the rest of you put for the moral and customary rights part?...or was it cultural?

I put a moral right refers to what society believes is right or wrong e.g. euthanasia and the right to life. And I said that the the other right was a result of the culture or religion of the person for example the right of aboriginal people to hunt traditionally.

Was I waaay off the mark? I think I just blanked out that question.
