lol cool after reading terry lee's paper i would get 84/120, and then 84 X 90% for chances of mistakes that i didnt take account, lol 75.6/120!!!
from some prediction this could still make it to low e4 (please be 90 exactly)

Using Terry Lee's Solutions, i got 98/120. Im just iffy about a few things, so my mark should be the circa 98 range. Its gud enuf for me, considering the 3 days before the exams i watched 2 whole seasons of how i met your mother and a season of 2 and a hlaf men.

Im soo screwed for 3u, I cant stop watching the second season of 2 and a half men. Its sooo gud.

sweeeet. according to lee i didnt drop any marks in the questions that required an algebraic or numerical answer. graphs and proofs look good too, so definately above 115 allowing for some pedanticism in proof marking.

i attempted ~65 marks worth of questions, but was pretty happy with them :p i'm hoping >= 60 but i really didn't prepare much.

In Q5 a) ii, I forgot to subtract P(6 yellow, 0 red)... so I got 0.33 rather than 0.32. I'm really hating myself right now. 120/120 was this close. AARRGGHH! Goodbye T.G.Room medal.

Meh. So according to Terry Lee, 118-119 depending on how many marks they want to deduct for that.

Think I got about 116/120

Suppose that's about right. We'll never know, coz we'll never get those papers back. XD

With a few careless errors, I think I can only get a raw mark of 105/120 or somewhere around it. I'm not sure that is good enough for a 95, coz everyone said it easy. But I think it was a really good paper. Anyway, 105/120 should be good enough for an E4.......

I'm predicting i got anywhere between 40-60/120

Do you think that will scale me down?

it wont "scale you down", there is no such thing. a bad result is off course gonna lead to a lower scaled mark for these 2 units. its true for any subject. but if you are asking about that, then just look at the scaling figures for 2006.

math ext 2 has very, very sexy scaling.

if you just get in the top 75% of this subject, your final scaled mark for these 2 units is already pretty high, like 82 if my memory serves me. its around the same as getting top 10% is business studies, and like top 25% in physics or economics.

WELL. I thought the exam was mostly straightforward-ish.

'The trick is accept the fact that you have no idea'.

I attempted 114/120. Easy.

im kinda hoping above 110.

Heres to being the only successful non-asian in my class
