I'd discuss how following the framework of the social justice principles (Equity, Diversity, and Supportive Environment) allows you to IDENTIFY inequities by which appropriate allocation and distribution of strategies and resources can be conducted. For example, consider diversity. By analysing the cultural barriers and ensuring there are appropriate resources such as health information in their own language, the major health issues in that population can be identified (Therefore giving that group a 'fair go') opposed to just considering the issues of the nation as a whole.

how are we all studying for pdhpe? i have no idea what to do bc im too unbothered to do past papers but i feel like just reading notes it not that useful lol
Just make sure you know all your syllabus dot points from memory and then use your notes to ensure you have a good understanding of what the dot points actually mean. The thing is most of the course is quite self explanatory so even if you don't have the greatest depth you should be able to come up with something decent, however half the battle is just having the correct dot points. Also, I didn't do one practice question before the trials and spent all my time memorising and understanding the syllabus and got 90. So at this stage it is definitely worth getting the syllabus down pat.

Are pdhpe markers really harsh? Like if you look at the raw and allinged mark, it's a 77 to a 90. Whys it so low compared to chem, bio or even English?

I dont mind it, it's just that it seems suspicious thats it's so slow. Maybe even the best of answers lose marks since they lack a specific word or something

yeah my teacher is a hsc marker and she always tells us that sometimes they dont give out full marks for a response if it doesn't have a specific phrase in it

You could write the best response but unfortunately if you don't include the relevent dot points you can't get full marks :(
Make sure you know your syllabus back to front!!

How is everyone feeling after the exam? Personally I feel pretty good about it, some of the multiple choice seemed a bit weird but I think we were quite lucky with the short answer and options (sports med and improving performance for me)

same!! I have no clue as to how I went in mc im just hoping I did well cos thats gonna make or break me...I really liked short answers, sports med, even IP wasnt too horrid it was only a matter of my timing and writing that ik is gonna bring me down. I just hope I can get a good enough raw mark to scale well 😭ALSO I hate physiological adaptations core 2 so that 8 marker kinda stuffed me up, other than that the exam was 😍

Multiple choice is always a bit cracked for PDHPE, so if thats the only thing u think u might've done 'meh' in, then thats a rlly good sign!! (Thats how i felt, post-exam last yr)
