I think it was a good question- for me it is much easier to write a speech than an essay!
Good that they had audience in it too
I just was pissed off coz i did powerplay first, it took 45mins so the rest of my time management was screwed.
And i will ask NEVER to be seated near the friggin toilet AGAIN! damn people with weak bladders....BLEH!

I thought it was alright, but I didn't really analyze anything in depth due to time restraints. In fact I really only wrote 1 page on antony and cleopatra and the rest on related texts (did 6 pages)

I was quite stoked with the question... My practice essay was a speech anyway, so i had done everything to prepare for a speech... and thats what I got :)

I took so long though... I took like an hour to write what should have only taken 40 minutes at the most, so that was bad.

All in all I was pleased with it

as for versions- i compared sexual and political powerplay

Yeh, 1984.. there's so much to write, I could've spent an hour on this.. but I did it last.. had to cut it down.. the related texts were more like super-extensive planning.. better than not writing about them though...

i used the quote
"there is re objectionable than the naked truth" agnes pepplier i think
all in all i thought this was the best question in either paper, i had fun and i drew some quick piccys in the border cause i had slide moments and videos running and shit, it was fun, if you can ever really say that about english!!

the question was ok but i didnt get to write it properly

mine seemed really messy and unplanned!

i took vision as the idea being presented and versions as HOW the idea has been REPRESENTED by the composer based on his/her purpose

my speech was pretty dodge
i made it so the speaker was the author of one of my related texts
and i made him make all these lame jokes and the audience were like '...ha.'
and he was trying to advertise his poem to them

and he said a few things about powerplay
and then got dragged off the stage by guards and taken back to the asylum
