eeeeeeeshk.

i think i screwed this INCREDIBLY. i did CF, and didnt
pertain to the genre, or about the genre. actually, i
did it ABOUT genre theory. shitttt.

i did a film script, called "The death of the author of
'The Death of the Author'". started with Rolan Barthes
(genre theorist and author of 'The Death of the Author')
being killed, but we dont see the murderer. then we
fade out, blah blah & the majority of the script is a
discussion between Buddha, Derrida, Camus and
Wittgenstein trying to ascertain who killed Barthes.
they kept addressing the text type and the fact they
are in a text. jsdjsldsldkas. completely UN-CRIME FICTION.
so UNSUSTAINED! <--- started with completely descriptive
language, etc, ended abruptly with "fade to black". oh and
my STUPID beginning was "sometimes the best weapon
is the mind" <--- fkskakfaslfa LAME. the mind solved the
crime, didnt COMMIT IT! jsdkfgskslslfg;sl;dlfg;dlfgd;glsd;l.

oh it's just dawned on me how badly i am going to go,
after reading all of yours!!

the dried fruit one sounds ESPECIALLY good.
am incredibly jealous.

I decided that im not the best creative writer, and i wasnt suited to wrting something so open, so Id try and avoid that so I wrote about the genre, in the form of a speech, writrng about the convention referring to various text etc. I havnt actually talked to anyone who wrote About the genra as well? I imagine it will be difficult to compare the a conceptual essay to, a creative writing piece... I hope I did the tirght thing heh,
