I guess "memorisation" has negative connotations. If you enjoy the content and revise regularly (as was previously suggested) it makes life much easier and will set you up for success.

I have used some resources by ATAR notes and would recommend them. I didn't rely on this but it was helpful to have when it came around to writing essays and trial exams. However, it will depend on what texts they are studying for Common Mod, Mod A and Mod B as there are multiple possibilities...

I have no clue how someone prints at speed but obviously the first one is much neater. If you got through English Advanced then I think you don't need to improve it at all.

I'm not quite sure how they transitioned from it. You would think that the people who got 99.7 would still get in regardless of their LAT but somehow the median atar has dropped to 98 and now 96.9.

I think the ATAR cut off of 99.7 was before they implemented the lat.
