Music definitely helps. That used to calm me down after exams (and still does at uni). And yeah, like a few people said, you should remind yourself that what's done is done, because that's all you can really do.

2B should be fine. Have both black pens and pencils in case though (I personally prefer pencils for drawing graphs because you can always rub out if you mess up, which is much harder to do with pen)
A lot of your stimuli are generally contemporary based, so I'd say focus on contemporary. But then again, you never know what your stimulus will be so be prepared to adapt on the spot.
