Premium Resources Troubleshooting

If you are having difficulties accessing premium resources please try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Go to the BOS home page. Your username should appear on the right hand side of that page. If it does not, please login.

2. Ensure your subjects are entered in the Student Assessment Modeler (SAM). If they are not please enter them by clicking on 'Edit profile' in Premium SAM.

3. Now try accessing the resources from the premium resources page.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please create a thread detailing your problem in the contact moderators forum.
