Question- \'\'The enduring power of The Tragedy of
Hamlet to engage audience\'s, lies in Shakespeare\'s
characterisation of Hamlet, rather than his
construction of plot. In your response consider how
significant aspects of Hamlets character are
demonstrated in the soliloquy, Act 2 scene 2, and how
these aspects are part of a complex and engaging
character through the course of the play.\'\' (Essay
also analyses other scenes/Acts not only Act 2 Sc 2.)
Mark - 19/20. Includes teachers comment and the
essay is edited according to my teachers
corrections/suggestions on grammar/expression.
